Please Don't Hug Me is written and produced by TV writer, comedian, Sabotage Times columnist, sometime football journalist and all too often temporary office worker, Daniel Ruiz Tizon. He is joined every week by old school friend and 1980s school sprint champion Micky Boyd, who still believes in him. Each blames the other for the 13-year break in their friendship from 1990 to 2003.

The very funny but ultimately doomed podcast returns with Daniel still trying to rein in the shambolic maverick Micky, confronting him over his intro for show 14, so bad it had to be edited out.

Can Cindy Penney become the first listener to successfully defend her Toilet Bingo title? Fat man on a Couch Stuart Armstrong talks about the horrors of having to do people favours; more Good Looks this week with journalist Jon M Welch telling us how to pull off one handed can opening; the Towel Man makes a spectacular entrance - you'll never leave the sport centre without showering again; Ask Boydie - Micky answers your questions; comedienne Roisin Rae on being a housewife; 'Daniel and The Boom Box' - more Rows with my Girlfriends; and of course, Mickellaneous.
