Please Don't Hug Me is written and produced by TV writer, comedian, Sabotage Times columnist, sometime football journalist and all too often temporary office worker, Daniel Ruiz Tizon. He is joined every week by old school friend and 1980s school sprint champion Micky Boyd, who still believes in him. Each blames the other for the 13-year break in their friendship from 1990 to 2003.

Micky's snowed in this week so Roisin Rae takes over co-presenting duties and Daniel struggles to adapt to her professionalism.

Meanwhile, can @SillyCasper become the first Toilet Bingo champion to successfully defend their title? Fat Man on a Couch Stuart Armstrong struggles to select the ingedients for his lunchtime sandwich; Daniel and Roisin try to come up with what their action doll figures would look like, before discussing how open one should be when declaring savings to your partners; there's Ask Boydie, and Roisin makes her Mickellaneous debut.
